I’m planning a renovation for my bathroom.  I need to incorporate a washing machine and dryer in there.  THe previous owner did a half assed renovation about 3 years ago, but it’s pretty shoddy.  THe floor wasn’t evened out once a bathtub was removed - there is still a big mound left behind.

THe sink taps need to be replaced - I’m going to put in a mixer tap rather than the single taps that are there now.  When they even out the floor, the shower will have to come out and then be replaced.  I’ll put in a shower screen then.

THe walls need to be refinished and tiled properly and a mirrored cabinet would be useful. There isn’t really any storage other than the very wide window sills.
