I have been debating whether to do a kitchen renovation or my bathroom first.  I decided on the kitchen because although the bathroom is ugly, it’s functional.  The kitchen needs the appliances replaced and more cabinets, so it makes sense to do that first.  The oven doesn’t work and I can’t actually use it anyway because of the location of the fridge.  It’s a narrow galley style kitchen but there is no built in area for the fridge, so it goes in the only possible space which is right by the wall oven.
