You know, it wouldn’t kill me to lose a few pounds.  Actually, probably much more than a few LOL!  www.myfitnesspal.com is a new diet and fitness website and it’s FREE!  They have a calorie calculator that is easy to use, which makes a nice change.  I got so tired of adding up all those weight watchers points and calculating calories consumed, calories burned and so forth.  This site does it all for you, so you get a good education in what to eat, how much to eat and and how many calories are in what you are eating.  It’s definitely the healthiest way to lose weight
